Do I need to reserve in advance?
Yes. We recommend booking in advance, as access is limited to preserve the atmosphere and quality of the experience. Some events and experiences may also require prior reservation.
What is included with my visit?
Your visit includes access to both and , our two cenotes, a complimentary towel and access to all shared spaces. Certain wellness treatments, special events and curated experiences may require an additional reservation or fee.
What are your opening hours?

What should I bring?
Bring comfortable clothing and swimwear. Everything else is thoughtfully prepared for you.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Pets are welcome provided they remain on a leash, are supervised at all times and do not enter the water, helping us preserve the natural environment for everyone.
